I understand the following set CANCELLATION policies that are also non-refundable agreements of service. We strive to provide a personalized experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hrs in advance so that your stylist may have the opportunity to reschedule another client. Please note: For pre booking deposits will be collected the week of your appointment. If collected and you cancel that week your deposit will not be transferred. All deposits are non refunded or transferable You will receive a confirmation text from me about your scheduled appointment 24 hours prior. If you wish to cancel/change your service, please do so within 72 hours. -If you cancel your service with less than a 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. -No show’s, changes to your service, and cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will result in a 100% charge. -Being 15+ minutes late to your appointment may result in us having to reschedule your appointment, and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. We completely understand that emergencies happen and will be glad to discuss that with you if needed. You will be charged $7 every 5 minutes you are late. All services are final, if change is needed I require notice up to a week after service. By having a card on file, reading & understanding the policy, you are giving the permission to charge your card in the event of a cancellation or no show.
